Pamper Pumpkin excitement!

Kits!!  I’m all about the kits!

There are so many that Stampin’ Up! has right now!  My favorite of all of them is Paper Pumpkin!    I think my favorite part is that it comes every month in my mailbox!  I can’t wait to find the fun waiting in the sweet Pumpkin Pie box.  Each month I’ve been more and more impressed with the quality and design of the projects!  I love that there is more included in the Paper Pumpkin than just what is used for the project.  For example, the stamp set included always has images that aren’t even part of the project! There are always left over embellishments, ribbon, and adhesive.  Don’t forget you always have the Stampin’ spot and stamp set!   Here are some past Paper Pumpkins!

Here are some of the creations I’ve made with Paper Pumpkin supplies!

This is the actual project from October’s kit:
This is the card from October’s kit:
This is a card I designed using a stamp and left over pieces from October’s kit:
This is a card from November’s Paper Pumpkin:

These next two cards I designed that I felt had a similar feel to the November Paper Pumpkin: I am planning on sending these out as well as the Paper Pumpkin cards from November for our Christmas card:

This card I designed these cards to look very similar to the Paper Pumpkin kit.  I used the stamp set that came in the kit and the left over sequins.

Try the Paper Pumpkin!  I’m sure you will fall in love like I have!  It is so much fun to get something in the mail besides junk mail, grocery store fliers and bills. Let this be the thing you see:

Holiday Hoopla!

Are you thinking about the holidays?  The weather here in Northeast Ohio has been unseasonably warm but I am ready for all things FALL!  Hot apple cider, pumpkin roll, cool crisp mornings and evenings!  Another thing I look forward to in the fall is the planning and stamping of my my Christmas cards.  I love thinking through what images I want to share, what sentiment sums up my feelings, and what colors best convey those!  Do you long for time together with your girlfriends creating your cards?  It feeds my soul to have that creative time with those I enjoy!  Time set aside just to create, to play with colors and designs, to share ideas and be inspired by others!  This is what I’m most looking forward to this fall!  That is why I decided to put together my Holiday Hoopla class- to provide that block of time for you!  I hope you can come.  See my events page for details and pre-order info.  If you can’t, be sure to set aside time to get together with your girlfriends.
