Inspired by a Skirt!

Inspiration can come from a lot of places. My most recent inspiration came from the young woman sitting in front of me in church.  She was wearing this very cute skirt.  The combination of the flowers and the colors caught my attention.  I dug my phone out of my purse to take a picture so I wouldn’t forget the pattern and colors. My conscience got the better of me and I put it away.  I mean, it was church after all.  I debated asking her for permission to take a picture of her skirt but decided that since she looked to only be a teenager, and the fact that I didn’t know her (we go to a church of 3000), it would be, well, awkward!   Needless to say, I didn’t get the picture. Admittedly, I have forgotten the pattern but I didn’t forget the colors.  They were blues and browns and tans.  For my die-hard stampers, that would be Baja Breeze, Not Quite Navy,  Early Espresso, and River Rock!  Gorgeous.  This card was born out of that skirt!   If I ever see her again and she’s wearing the skirt, I promise I’ll ask to take a picture so you can see!
